Please note: The bank might require a deposit with your purchase. When purchasing a vacant land, please keep in mind that in most cases a deposit of at least 40% would be required. For existing homes, apartments and townhouses you might be able to receive finance of up to 100% if the total bond amount is less than R5,000,000. Please also keep in mind that the higher the deposit, the better your chances are of obtaining a better interest rate from the banks.

The Purchaser hereby expressly permits, consents that and authorises the Agent to contact, request and obtain any information of himself necessary to obtain a final loan approval from any registered South African financial institution and to obtain information from any credit provider (or potential credit provider) or registered credit bureau relevant to an assessment of the behavior, profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness of the Purchaser.
